NO difference in the insulation qualities of neoprene masks. Be it 1mm, 3mm or 5mm, mine are 3mm and the ultimate in comfort, insulation, quality & durability. The velcro closure is adjustable and works great under helmets, goggles or alone. All styles are reversible to black, 1 size fits most.
